Cultural competence and the impact of leadership wisdom: analysis from 360 feedback



Working in partnership with Diversity Gains, this analysis, based on the perceptions of line managers, peers, team members and stakeholders indicates that leadership wisdom may be an important dynamic in cultural competence. It is the application of wisdom that ensures cultural competence goes from stereotypical "how different groups behave" check lists to build the kind of confidence and creativity that optimises the gains of diversity.
