Tools for the HR function
The H.R. community is undergoing the professional evolution experienced by other functions (Marketing, Finance). This requires clear thinking about the strategic role that H.R. needs to play as well as a shift in professional capability.
Based on work with a number of clients we have launched a survey tool to check stakeholder perceptions of the positioning and impact of the H.R. function. Our H.R. 360 feedback tools help H.R. professionals take stock of their personal effectiveness and contribution within the organisation.
